A: Well simply enough I'm that guy that takes tech support phone calls all day. I dedicate my 80 hrs/biwkly to helping those that need their problems resolved.
I'm also that guy that bitches and complains about the morons that he has to deal with or the ones that demand I give them tech support, at that point I sigh deeply and utter the DT battle cry... SUPPORT DENIED!!!

| Q: Why name the site Disgruntled Techie? |
A: Well why not? I mean, take for example the Disgruntled Postal Worker.
Would you want to get in the way of one of them? So.. as a part of the disgruntled line. Would you want to call for tech support and piss off a techie? I didn't think so..

| Q:What made you create the site? |
A: I created this site not only for my own personal gain. But to show everyone out there that i'm not the only one that goes day to day and not think about the person that sits in their cubicle for 8 hrs a day talking to people.
I know there are more out there. And to those that I know, Thanks for stopping by and thanks for supporting me!
